Thermal Simulation: Granny Flat / Studio / Swimming Pool: $200.00, Alteration and Addition: $300.00, Single Storey - New Home: $400.00, Double Storey - New Home: $500.00, Single Storey with Basement: $600.00, Identical Duplex Dwelling: $650.00, Double Storey with Basement: $700.00
Complex Projects: Extended assessments and detailed simulations may incur extra charges.
BASIX Certificate: $75.00 per unit (incl. authority fees)
NatHERS Certificate & Stamped Plans: Additional $100.00 per unit (incl. software vendor & DMN fees)
Energy Score Breakdown / BASIX Summary: Each dwelling $100.00
BASIX Assessment incl. Inspection: Site visit fee of $200.00
Section J Reports, J1V3 Assessments and Compliance Reports: From $900.00
Turnaround Time: 2-4 business days
The thermal simulation prices outlined above apply to standard projects only and are exclusive of GST Applicable authority fees & charges are additional.

Single Dwelling: $50.00
Multi-Dwelling: $80.00 for first two dwellings & $35.00 for each additional dwelling
Residential Flat Building: Variable depending on the number of units
Alteration & Addition: $25.00 per dwelling

Software Vendor: $50.00 per certificate for NatHERS
DMN: $10.00 per certificate + GST

BASIX Certificate Amendment: $100.00
BASIX Certificate – Address Change (New Certificate): $85.00

Thermal Simulation Amendment, including a new NatHERS Report and BASIX Certificate: $120.00/hour
